On September 16, the 12th Singapore–Tianjin Economic and Trade Council Meeting was held in Tianjin. TONSYNRas a representative technology company based in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, was invited to attend the meeting, joining government and business representatives from China and Singapore to explore new opportunities for cooperation in green development and the digital economy.
The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has long served as an important platform for deep collaboration between the two countries in green development and technological innovation. Leveraging the Eco-City’s robust R&D and innovation ecosystem, the development of green and low-carbon industries will receive strong support. At the same time, Sino-Singapore cooperation is expected to use the Eco-City as a platform to gradually expand into Tianjin and other regions across China.
As an intelligent integrated solutions provider deeply engaged in the oil and gas industry, TONSYNR Intelligent focuses on delivering one-stop intelligent transformation services across the entire offshore oil and gas production and operations value chain, including production and maintenance, safety and environmental protection, and emergency management. Having grown within the innovation-driven environment of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, the company has carried the open and collaborative spirit of Sino-Singapore cooperation since its inception. It has also maintained a strong focus on international markets in its technology development, continuously advancing its core oil and gas digitalization and intelligence capabilities, deepening the implementation of solutions in real-world industry scenarios, and expanding its global business footprint.
Driven by both supportive policies and growing market demand, TONSYNR’s global expansion is steadily gaining momentum. The company first entered the South American market by signing a long-term agency partnership agreement with a local company in Argentina. It subsequently participated in major international industry exhibitions in Indonesia and Norway, rapidly building channels for business engagement across the European and Asian markets.
At the same time, TONSYNR was invited to participate in the 2026 Singapore Port Challenge, where it showcased the technological capabilities of China’s advanced intelligent solutions for the oil and gas industry on the international stage. Looking ahead, TONSYNR will bring its full-chain oil spill response solution to the 2026 Asia Oil Spill Conference in Singapore, further strengthening technological exchanges and business development in Southeast Asia. Its participation in the Singapore–Tianjin Economic and Trade Council Meeting represents another important step in leveraging the established mechanisms of Sino-Singapore cooperation to further open channels for collaboration across Southeast Asia and global markets.
From its roots in the innovation ecosystem of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City to the global stage of intelligent energy development, TONSYNR’s growth journey is a vivid example of how Chinese smart manufacturing is accelerating its global expansion.
As the transition toward a greener and lower-carbon economy continues to reshape industries, leveraging intelligent technologies to improve efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce operational risks in the traditional oil and gas sector is not only an inevitable direction for industrial transformation and upgrading, but also an important avenue for deeper international collaboration.
TONSYNR will continue to make technological innovation its driving force and leverage supportive policies as a catalyst for global expansion. As it accelerates its journey onto the global stage, the company looks forward to working with more partners to shape a smarter future for the energy industry.
